LATEST UPDATE (June 2008): The ChristLight Ocean Mission is still in abeyance while Andrew and I work to finance the next leg - and to see whether God even chooses for us to continue. We have returned to England and started a small publishing company, Sunpenny Publishing, while the boat lies on a mooring in Kilifi Creek, Kenya, in the care of the Boatyard there as well as with friends keeping a close eye, running the engine once in a while, etc. We hope to earn enough money to be able to continue with the sailing at a later stage.

Andrew is also looking for electronics engineering and/or service work, perhaps on contracts that will let him travel, or on boat building or maintenance opportunities. Jo is working hard to get the publishing company profitable (it will be a great day when we come out of the Red into the Black!) and will also continue with her own writing. Although the boat is up for sale (in whole or part), we would find it very difficult to part with her and it's a case of - either the business starts to make a reasonable income, or the boat must go. You can bet which one we're furiously working towards! ;-)

While in Kenya, we were privileged to come into contact with an incredible group of people at the Kilifi Methodist Church who run an orphans support project they call "Upendo". We've taken them to our hearts, and hope you will too - visit them here!

We are paddling like mad beneath the water, even though it may seem we're swanning on the surface! I really do intend to update this web site properly, but it hasn't happened yet. It will! Meanwhile, please be patient with us; explore our pages (new and old), and come back soon for a re-hash of the whole site. Our online ministry is to provide visual witnessing tools in the form of screen savers, wallpapers, and graphics for your web sites, all as totally free downloads. This ministry continues!
